Situation

The healthcare group operated as an integrated healthcare network requiring stronger translational and clinical research embedded across all levels of clinical care.

Challenge

Transformation of the Healthcare Group from an integrated healthcare network into an integrated academic network, strengthening translational and clinical research fully embedded within all levels of clinical care. This allowed the Group to improve its care, enhance education and training capabilities, and transform into a future-proof innovative healthcare group.

Board membership

Supporting the transformation of the Healthcare Group into an integrated academic network, in close collaboration with the affiliated Medical School and University.

Result

Development of a framework of collaborating, cross-disciplinary academic clinical teams with distinct profiles, focus areas, research programs, and ambitious action plans.
